Bought to use them on a bad shoulder and back. Works great! Warm, moist relief. Be sure to microwave too long. It can be very hot on the skin. Rating: 5 / 5

I use the heat pack for my back pain for years. I am using in the am when I’m stiff and it helps me some flexiblity. I just had to reorganize due to the fact that after one or two years I spent. Simply put, microwave for 1 1 / 2 minutes and place of the environment is required. The one I just came together with a small cover in May that they also help take longer. Rating: 4 / 5

I have this unit for RTE about a month. I had the first unit I bought from Amazon as insulation on the son of the head way back and exposed electrical son. It has my “lower” rather Zap! This unit, about half of the first works fine, and not reduced (solution), which is lower back pain. I wear it for several hours almost every day. Rating: 4 / 5

As someone with chronic back problems, does Therabeads Microwavable moist heat pack. It was more than I had in his ability to expect a simple back pain. Works great after a physical training, running or golf. Not because the aid a few years ago Hydroculator pack, I found something that provides a moist heat for deep consistantly. It is a great product for pain and blood circulation. We use the AP in my clinic and I recently got for cheap at Amazon. I use it every day for about an hour. You can do it very often, which helps with pain or u can do it on the low frequency and high intensity in order to stimulate blood circulation. Many people say that you can use as a workout. Do not you think. If you are more streamlined training. This device is for pain and rehabilitation. My parents use it as a masseur. Rating: 5 / 5

I bought three years ago, have one and use it every night, and usually twice a day. I’ll buy another as backup. He has a great job to relieve my hip pain. I have in the microwave for 1 minutes, 50 seconds. It’s a bit hot at the beginning and it stays warm for at least an hour. If it is too hot, just enough time to reduce the microwave. Rating: 5 / 5
